Review on Borderlands 3 for PS4: Power-packed action on your Playstation 4! by Yoonki Baek ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

I would like to share my feedback on my gaming experience in Borderlands 3. My acquaintance with this series of games began with my purchase of the 2nd part of this franchise. Having learned that this game has a cooperative mode for passing the story company, my friend and I, without wasting time, moved on to the gameplay. After several wonderful evenings together playing this game, which lasted from 3 to 9 hours of one game session, we finally finished Borderlands 2. But recently such a wonderful event happened - there was an opportunity to play the third part of this franchise for free. Impressed by the second part, my friend and I immediately took this game, and went through it "in one gulp" in one day. As you understand, the gameplay dragged us not weakly) (See Advantages and Disadvantages) In general, I can say that I liked the game. She pulls out due to the co-op, gameplay, well-developed characters (especially Moxxi, Tina and Ava)) and of course her wonderful soundtracks!

Pros
  • Firstly, the concept of the game remained the same, which gave not only the same feeling that you were returning to the good old Borderlands, but also gave an understanding that there is still gunpowder, and this franchise can easily develop further. Secondly, the main and most pleasant innovation of this part, I think, is the development of teamwork. Now an ally is not just an assistant with whom you can talk or exchange items, but your real comrade who is ready to use his team skill in a difficult moment for you. Thirdly, the graphics and visual component in this part just went to a new level! Every scene, every animation is literally pleasing to the eye. Also, you can not get past the changed physics and geometry, now the weight of the weapon is more noticeable and the weapon has moving parts that change their position, depending on the movement of the character. One of the most important, in my opinion, pluses is an unrealistically high-quality and elaborate soundtrack. With the boss battles, which by the way were much more than in the second part, you wanted to stretch out the moment of the fight just to enjoy this great music! I would also like to note that money has been given a special weight, and now it really is a valuable currency, since now you can buy far more than just weapons and ammunition for them. In general, I can say that I liked the game. She pulls out due to the co-op, gameplay, well-developed characters (especially Moxxi, Tina and Ava)) and of course her wonderful soundtracks!
Cons
  • Of course, there were some downsides as well. 1) "Thin" plot, seasoned with the inaction of the main characters (that is, the vault hunters themselves) during the cut scenes, since anything can happen on the screen, but you can't do anything, even if you are nearby. I consider this a strong flaw, and the sin of the writers. 2) There is a character, I won't say which one, and this character is unbalanced after leveling it up to level 15. Let's remember the soundtrack. During the battle with one of the bosses, I defeated this very boss so quickly that it took 8 seconds from the start of the battle. I didn't get to enjoy the music, and I can say that the enemies and bosses are a lot easier (at least on the first playthrough, in standard mode). 3) Also, there were some problems with teleportation. It is made a little crooked, plus, the possibilities of Fast-Travel were not fully covered in the training.
