Professional thickness gauge rDevice RD-990 Lite is a universal professional thickness gauge with determination of galvanized parts. One of the modifications of the popular RD-1000 pro model. As fast as the RD-1000 pro, it is equipped with a high-precision self-calibrating sensor that is not subject to abrasion (ruby tip). Easy to use (1 button), compact size.
The main function that distinguishes the RD-990 lite model from the RD-1000 pro is the ability to determine the presence of galvanization on body elements. This will identify parts that were replaced during the repair process with cheaper ones (Chinese), without galvanizing.
