I only gave 4 stars because the hook covering the pin got stuck and the pin broke. I have not contacted the seller but the product has 4 stars. The reason I didn't contact the seller, my husband soldered it and I sewed it to the banner. The pin was delivered quickly but I didn't have time to send it back to get another one.
