Had looked for this type piece literally over months online. Did measurements, purchased. Actually, it came assembled, except for changing the drawer knob from inside to outside - took all of about 1 minute for this senior, won't-buy-assembly-required furniture person. Practical, generous size shelf & basket for items to have handy. The drawer is not quite as large as it looks but adequate for pens, pencils, writing pads, a few odds & ends. VERY sturdy & strong. The common 16x18 dish drying mats are a useful protective topper, perfect size. Not fine furniture, but very nice, respectable finish for a budget table.Managed to get the somewhat heavy box to our 2nd floor apt. on a dolly. Laid it on the side, opened the top and slid it out sideways then stood it upright. Recommended.
