Less than a year - tubes and hoses

Used for less than a year and broke. Eight months to be exact. The silver serpentine snapped at the top, and the black rubber hose inside ruptured, splashing water down the sides. I don't know which part failed first, if the spool broke and made the hose vulnerable, or if the hose broke and put excessive pressure on the silver spool, causing it to fail. However, in the middle of my shower it broke leaving me bathing! Hence only 1 star for this crap.
