I had gone on an intense search for the perfect hammock stand. From building my own, to Craigslist, to Target, and beyond I wanted a good, inexpensive hammock stand that both fit in the small space I had allocated for it, AND handled my hammock which is extra long. The fact that I could wrap the extra length around the ends of this stand make it perfect! It fits in a nice small space, and my hammock still swings and is comfortable as ever. It is very sturdy, there's a little give when you first get into the hammock, but I experienced that with all of the solutions I tried. All in all, I would highly recommend this!
