I've been looking for this for so long to help me with my scooter project. Something helped, but not as well as it should have been. One of the little pins came right out when I opened the LED strip slot. Luckily I caught it quickly because it was so tiny I would never have found it and fixed it. While installing the LED strip, I kept checking the connection to make sure I didn't have to do any backtracking. After installing everything, I checked again. Upon close examination, the connectors did not hold up very well, which had to be sealed with tape, but even then did not make a good, stable connection. All along I made sure it was properly connected according to the manual and a few YouTube videos. However, the connectors did not work the way they were made and I now have a fully installed glued LED strip that is semi working. It's too much work to break everything down, so I'll let it work until I find the best connection character. In addition, there were not enough slats for the connecting grooves. This made my project a little tricky to get up and running, and the connectors only go in one direction to the right, so you'll use many just to get your lightstrip to the left. I would not recommend this product due to faulty connectors.
