I have been using this program for many years now. It is very user friendly, it does what i need it do and more than once if something goes awry my tech support team has been amazing in helping me get back online asap! There isn't much there at all that could be improved upon, but it works great as-is. We are able to track our jobsite progress easily by just logging into the site every day or so. The turn around time on reporting changes we make is also quite quick. This makes the whole process easy from beginning to end!
