Doesn't stay in place Accessory

I have a Garmin vivoactive 3 watch and the strap keeps falling off. It was terrible. I thought I was broken so I exchanged it but the replacement kept falling off as well. I have returned too. The clip portion just doesn't snap properly onto the watch.
