This is a great product for the right application. I like to have my music with me at all times, but I prefer not to use headphones or earbuds as they limit the other ambient noise I still need to hear. Lightweight, good Bluetooth connectivity, plays all day on a single charge, great value for money. I CONTACTED THE SELLER IN THE HOPE THAT THEY CAN DO IT CORRECTLY EVEN THOUGH THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS PASSED. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from sales rep Jonathan within hours of the last update. He offered to send a replacement immediately. Good product but even better customer service! Stand behind their product and get it right. I will still enjoy carrying my music around the garden with me and still being able to adjust to my surroundings. Thank you Jonathan!
