There are absolutely NO instructions for this stand. The only example is the picture on the packaging. It has a lot of features as it fits many TVs. This adds to the confusion as you will need to check the screws fit your TV to ensure they fit. The stand is solid (mine was on a 50" Samsung LED.) It looks good and suits almost any decor style. cables in them. For the money it's not a bad part. But make sure you have a few hours (like 3-4) to hook it up to your TV.
