Good for years until the new one falls apart

I've been using these toothbrushes for about 2 years now and never had a problem. Today, however, this toothbrush that I opened maybe a month ago. 3 pieces of this toothbrush fell out of my mouth while brushing my teeth this morning. I'm not sure if it's just that toothbrush. The others have never given me any problems, except for my husband's toothbrush, which began to fall apart even after a month of use. He doesn't want to use it anymore. I really like the toothbrushes and want to order more but I don't want them falling apart in my mouth while I get ready for my day.
