I am only giving this product a slightly lower rating because the bristles on the first toothbrush I used in this set started to fall out which I thought was substandard. UPDATED REVIEW ONE STAR: After using this toothbrush for a few months my gums are in a HORRIBLE state. To my dismay, I went back to regular plastic toothbrushes. After prolonged use, my gums started bleeding. There's a REASON why the bristles on plastic toothbrushes are arranged a certain way and why they have softer bristles that are dentist-approved. I've been using these toothbrushes for about 2 years now and never had a problem. Today, however, this toothbrush that I opened maybe a month ago. 3 pieces of this toothbrush fell out of my mouth while brushing my teeth this morning. I'm not sure if it's just that toothbrush. The others have never given me any problems, except for my husband's toothbrush, which began to fall apart even after a month of use. He doesn't want to use it anymore.
