Waste of money keep going

Bought these to use in my homemade scent booster candles as I'm the type of person who likes stronger candles not everyone likes and they were made special made for her every customer but it didn't work waste of money no smell almost fake looks dry didn't bother sis I had nothing and how should I use them!
