Disappointed on several levels.
There was a tiny screw on the side that attaches to the camera body - it was sticking out so far I was concerned the adapter would snag on the camera. I removed the screw, the adapter fits - basically everything is fine. There is a small setback. It also doesn't obscure the protrusion (which depresses the m42's mounting pin and allows for manual aperture control) - a potential problem with internal reflections. Slightly disappointed - in the past I have always been happy with Neewer products - this is the first thing that disappointed me. I won't be returning it as it works, but I most likely won't buy another one.
