Get an adjustable one instead

I like this bench and have had it for over a year until I realized how annoying it was to unscrew the knob each time I wanted to change an exercise or something. It’s kind of annoying. Currently buying a bench where you can just move it up and down with the hooks/slots versus knobs. Otherwise no complaints

The bench quality is very good the structure also durable and comfortable

Cons

Can’t be adjusted to a completely flat position
