Our team has really made our online order entry system work seamlessly and the customer service is first rate! I like that there is an option to create custom workflows from scratch. The ability to see what's happening at any given time helps me to know what needs to be done next. There are some small bugs here and there but overall it has been very easy to use since we started using this platform three months ago. With Intellient you can see everything that happens within the store or venue throughout its day-to-day life cycle! This allows us to make sure things are moving along as planned.
