12/23/19 Update - I have bought countless of these pillows because we love them and use them every day. As we wear them out and flatten them out, we replace them with new ones. They always come "branded" with tags, in a zippered pouch. Is always. Received the newest today and it was in a dirty ziplock bag, no tags on the pillow and the pillow wasn't firm rather not as full as usual so felt too soft. The pillow looked clean although there was white dust/dirt on the pocket. This was the first time I was disappointed with this brand. I hope this isn't the new normal. First Review: I was trying to find original sqush cushions to replace the ones I bought a few years ago and they seem to be out of production. Based on the reviews for the Squishy Deluxe Pillow I decided to take a chance and ordered it. I sleep on my side and wake up with knee pain almost every morning. Sqush pillows have helped in the past, but they're pretty flat, so I've tried body pillows, contoured knee pads, and pads, but they were uncomfortable and/or just didn't help. So I tried Squishy Deluxe and it's a good replacement for my original pillows. This pillow is a bit firmer than the sqush and also has a removable cover which is a nice touch. It had a faint chemical smell when I sniffed it, but it almost dissipated by the end of the day. Also, since it was under the covers, I couldn't feel it while I was using it. I asked my husband to try it and he asked me to order it for him too. I wish it was in a color other than black but overall I am very happy with this purchase.
