I have tried several brands of training shorts and these are the best. Good quality, soft, breathable, not too thin, snug fitting (not baggy), very comfortable for lifting or cardio. Fits true to size. I'm 5'11", 185', waist 32" and the medium pants fit perfectly about 2" above the knee. If you want them to fit and look like the guys in the picture go one size down. It says hand wash, don't know why it's polyester. I always wash my gym clothes without any problems. In the end I liked the wearing comfort so much that I bought 3 more pairs in different colors.
