These pacifiers are good. My baby is breastfed and only takes pacifier and pacifier. It took a while to get her to accept them, but she accepts them now. We only use her in the car because she hates driving and it really helps her calm down. I gave 3 stars because they sent me the wrong product. I ordered a teddy bear pacifier and got the regular ones. A few things I don't like about these Mom brand pacifiers are they fall out of baby's mouth very easily if he stops sucking for a second and they also cover her little nose and fog up and I have that feeling that she can. She breathes just as well with this brand as others who don't cover their nose as much.
