I like that it's easy for anyone in any department within an organization (e.g., Marketing or Product) to share content as well as learnings gleaned via insights gained by others who have been there before them - i.e., "peer learning." It also helps us keep track of our progress over time so we know where improvements need to be made! There isn't much at this point but if you're looking into using something similar please consider all aspects carefully prior to implementation including costs vs benefits. We've used Visiterx primarily to gather feedback regarding existing features/functionality.
