Review on Fortnight Bedding Mattress Durable Folding by Wendy Taylor

Some issues (and update)

I ordered a custom size mattress (for the couch frame) and Fortnight linens responded very well to my request (which I appreciate) but they ruined my order. They sent me the wrong size mattress first and when I finally straightened it, the custom size they sent me was dirty (it had black scuffs on the cover) and the stitching had small tears on the edge of the mattress ( which is worse from use). I wasn't impressed at all with my experience. I think their desire to complete orders quickly leads to errors and quality control issues. I contacted them again to let them know what condition my mattress arrived in and they replied "sorry for the inconvenience, the sheets will hide the tears." Considering I paid extra for a custom size , this was a disappointment. (Though no mattress should arrive dirty with ripped seams.) Also, I find the foam too soft (that's personal preference, of course, and may suffice for others). On a positive note, the mattress fits my daybed frame perfectly and looks great. I also appreciated that this foam had almost no odor when deployed. UPDATE: I decided to return this mattress because when I sat on it on my couch, the ends of the mattress were folded up. I'm a medium sized woman (size 12) and due to my weight it folded down the sides like a taco. The seller was very responsive and accepted my return with no issues, which I appreciate. I think this mattress would be suitable for children or lighter people but it didn't work for me.
