Poor quality and customer service

Poor quality. Bought two mattresses, both arrived broken. I have not received a response to my request for a replacement. Bad customer service.

The best mattress for an RV!

I was hesitant to buy this mattress for my RV at first but based on the reviews I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did. This is the best RV mattress. I put a mattress pad on it to prolong its life and now I want to sleep in my RV all the time instead of my regular bed. Highly recommended without reservation!

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Quality has dropped or I made a mistake with the product

I have ordered the same product after 4 years and it is basically a different mattress. See photos. I could feel the difference as soon as I touched it. Not only the quality, but also the size is completely different. The width is about 1 inch less. I asked the seller to refund my money and I will return it.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Very convenient! for mattresses and box springs

We bought these 30" and 5" versions for our camping cabins but we end up stealing them when we go camping because they are so comfortable to sleep in. Was impressed with how much they compress in the roll to load into the car. Keep in mind that they require mattress pads as they are covered in fabric. We put two of these together in a double mattress topper and sleep great together. The walls are at 90 degree angles so they fit together perfectly. Highly recommended!

better than I expected

Unfortunately (not the mattress fault) I've had to rely on this mattress many nights in a row and probably many more nights to come, but I'm happy to say that is good comfortable. I'm 6'1", about 225 pounds, and I don't walk on the court floor. I wrap the mattress in a flat sheet and use a regular duvet and usually sleep as well as I do on my regular (much more expensive) bed. I plan on ordering another one for my wife while we pack up the campsite because I think it will probably be the best…

Cons

Not as advertised

I wish I could rate this item less than 1 star! The Revain ad features a brown mattress with white piping on the sides. It is described as having a "durable" fabric cover. What I received was a crepe covered gray mattress with ugly black stitching down one side (see photos). I contacted the seller to see if there was an error. They said they could not guarantee what was sent was exactly what was advertised and that I could return the mattress. I would rather take the mattress that is in the…

  • Great for me

Some issues (and update)

I ordered a custom size mattress (for the couch frame) and Fortnight linens responded very well to my request (which I appreciate) but they ruined my order. They sent me the wrong size mattress first and when I finally straightened it, the custom size they sent me was dirty (it had black scuffs on the cover) and the stitching had small tears on the edge of the mattress ( which is worse from use). I wasn't impressed at all with my experience. I think their desire to complete orders quickly leads

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Update: The mattress is good, firm and comfortable and would be very comfortable in a cot or bed on wheels but it is clearly not designed for a cot or wheelchair. My wife read the description and ordered without taking any measurements and now we have a mattress to put on a cot that we don't have or in a motorhome that we don't have either. The mattress is fine and if it was what I needed I would buy it again without hesitation. Fortnight Bedding made every reasonable effort to process the…

Pros
  • As everything before
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Excellent mattress. if you sleep on your back

First a few details. I'm a 5'10" male, about 195 lbs. I use this mattress direct to a carpeted floor (home renovation, long term project, custom bed frame coming later). I use this mattress every night for sleeping, not as an occasional sleeper/guest bed "I quickly realized that the results would be different with this mattress. I sleep on my stomach. I always have been. When I first slept on this mattress on my stomach, I realized that my torso and legs were comfortably supported but for some…
