Update: The mattress is good, firm and comfortable and would be very comfortable in a cot or bed on wheels but it is clearly not designed for a cot or wheelchair. My wife read the description and ordered without taking any measurements and now we have a mattress to put on a cot that we don't have or in a motorhome that we don't have either. The mattress is fine and if it was what I needed I would buy it again without hesitation. Fortnight Bedding made every reasonable effort to process the return for us, but as stated in the original review, a box large and strong enough to send back would cost me $89 since Fortnight handles the shipping , but did not pay for the packaging. . I didn't see the point of paying $89 for a $116 mattress, so we kept it. I don't have a vacuum sealer or a bag big enough to compress to fit in a smaller, cheaper box. In the end, it's more the customer's fault than the company's, and if the sizes suit your needs, don't hesitate to buy from them. Just measure beforehand. Not wide enough for our cot. We have a day bed with a pull cart underneath and it is not wide enough to cover the metal frame of the pull cart. Our twin sheets don't even fit him - too big. I think we will bring it back in the end. My husband is very upset. We paid $116 and this thing is tiny. We had to be 6 inches tall to fit under the couch and as this is described as a cot I thought it was the standard size. Looks like we need a standard double mattress for our stroller. I do not recommend. Especially for the high price. We have seen others much cheaper. Worse, I wanted to return it and the box is $89 because the box they sent it in is too small and cheaply made and we can't compress the mattress well enough to fit. So we have to keep it and buy another mattress to match the bed. Very disappointed with how they described the mattress as suitable for a day bed or cot - there isn't one that would fit! It's better for the crib than anything else.
