So I bought an extra remote plug for the receiver. Remote decided to quit. Our new batteries didn't work in it. Tested another remote, works fine. The company responded very quickly when I wrote to them about what I had experienced. They let me try to unpair and restore the device but nothing worked. Next thing I got was a new replacement! Excellent customer service! They react very quickly. Will definitely buy from them again!
