I noticed my return window had just expired (purchased 17th November now 18th February) when I saw part of the light went out. I just noticed that 1/3 of the LED went out and now about 10 LEDs are actively blinking so the overall lighting is not stable. I don't know what to do. Should I buy a new one for a different model? I spend about $70 on it and it's pretty annoying. Update: I took the flashlight apart and found that the 5 LEDs weren't working. A total of 90 LEDs inside (10 x 9 serial LEDs). 10 lanes are connected in parallel. The regulated constant current is about 28 volts and each LED draws about 3 volts / 20 mA, which is about 6 watts as described. And I think the manufacturer used poor quality LEDs - I use a regulated UPS. Since I ordered LED components I will replace the defective ones and see how they perform over time. Update 2: I replaced 5 LEDs a month ago and everything was working fine until yesterday. I found that the other lane is dead. So take it apart again and replace the bad one. Now everything is in order. In any case, the manufacturer used inferior LEDs. So get ready As for me, I like the light, but I don't know why I should fix it. So another star from my point of view.
