This light was much better than the original light from the ground.

Bought for my mother in the sewing room. She had a stand and a light many years ago. This light was much better than the original light that came with the floor stand. The lamp is very robust and appears to be well made. I was very careful taking it out of the box as other reviews said it might fall apart and break. This was intact and in good condition - although I will say the company that supplied it left it at my back door in the weather without putting it in a waterproof bag. Of course itโ€ฆ

LED went out after 3 months of normal use

I noticed my return window had just expired (purchased 17th November now 18th February) when I saw part of the light went out. I just noticed that 1/3 of the LED went out and now about 10 LEDs are actively blinking so the overall lighting is not stable. I don't know what to do. Should I buy a new one for a different model? I spend about $70 on it and it's pretty annoying. Update: I took the flashlight apart and found that the 5 LEDs weren't working. A total of 90 LEDs inside (10 x 9 serialโ€ฆ

Great lighted magnifying glass - just be careful when adjusting the angle of the lens.

I use this for cross stitching. That works great. I attached it to the Lowery rack. The hand keeps its position. A good magnification range - 2.25x allows me to work with 36x lines. LEDs are great! Really illuminates everything you want to see. I don't need my ceiling light when using this. I can easily remove the flip cover during use. It's easy to put on - just gently press the tab to put the cap back on. Just remember that you must keep it closed when not in use. Using it near a windowโ€ฆ

1 year old and in the trash

I liked it at first. The arms, the joints, the head are all well made and work perfectly. I was excited because with the new LED technology it should last a long time right? Not correct! The lamp body is still solid and works great, but after less than a year the LED "light" sections started to degrade. There are 2 rows of parallel lines of mini LEDs covering the round lamp head. I can only assume that they are divided into about 10-20 sections and each section has started to come out. At first
