Review on ⚡ Enhance Battery Maintenance with OTC Tools 3183 Digital Battery Tester by Craig Waters

I bought this tester to do basic lubrication work for a dealer. I needed a quick tool to test CCA batteries and this tool was perfect. Until he stopped working. After about 4 months I noticed that I was having trouble connecting and constantly having to move cables around. Now it doesn't work at all. The battery tester is not designed for long term use, most other people in the store have a MAC version of the tester and it has obviously lasted a lot longer than this one. I've been trying to find a way to speak to the company but can't find an email or a place to send it to verify. Very disappointed if this continued it would be a great tester. Try to find the best tester.
