Review on 📺 Sanus VMF518: Universal Premium Full-Motion TV Mount - 43"-65" Flat TVs, 90º Swivel, 12º Tilt, 18.9" Extension, Cable Management by Doug Small

We recently reduced the area to a 2-room apartment. We brought an old 40" Sony Bravia LCD TV for the living room and bought a new 39" Sharp Aquos for the master bedroom. We have previously successfully installed the Sharp with another full swivel wall mount from Sanus but I was concerned about installing an old Sony TV. First, it's much heavier than the newer models. In addition, it is in a very limited space, but it must be viewed from different angles. Finally, we had to install it over a fairly tall piece of furniture. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a movable mount that could support the Sony's weight and tilt enough for comfortable viewing. Following the advice in the Sanus Mount Review, I used the Find-a-Mount tool on the Sanus website and was able to find the perfect mount by searching by TV make and model. I had it installed by a handyman. This TV is heavy and I could not install it myself. He was able to install it in under an hour using the hardware that came with it. It seems really difficult. It is fully articulated. It can be rotated to any desired viewing angle and pulled out far enough from the wall to create clearance for a wide angle of rotation. It also tilts down slightly for a perfect view. I strongly recommend this bracket for the corresponding TV models.
