This scrub works great if you use it regularly. I use it every night before bed and I can definitely say that my lips are less chapped, even though the air is very dry where I live. I have noticed that my lips are much softer in the morning. I think it would be even better if I used it twice a day. It also helps my lipstick to be smoother and color fade more evenly. This works great for what I need. They make a lot of claims that I can't verify, like whitening smoker's lips and healing blemishes. Those words sound harsh, but I love them as regular scrubs.
