I like that it is very easy to use, you can get help over the phone or online. You don't have to go through multiple people to get your problems solved. It's also very efficient at solving issues. I dislike that sometimes it takes longer than usual to solve my issue. Make sure to be patient with them, they will always try their best. We have been using aurora tech support for almost two years now. Their customer service is second to none. Before our current account manager, we used to not know how to fix our computer and were stuck in endless loops of getting nowhere. Now we just log in to our computer and our problem is solved within minutes. Our system has become more streamlined and efficient. We're able to focus on other things rather then spending hours fixing problems that could easily be fixed by logging into our computer.
