Disappointed! for my opinion

I’ve used this twice now, and already notice issues. Issues that I see will make it unusable. I love the idea of the net. And the price. However, things I’ve noticed that have got me searching for another net are:- The holes where the straps go out to the tree are too small and the extra material isn’t sufficient. After two uses I’ve noticed that the straps stress the seams at these spots and they are tearing. They now have duct tape along the seams.- With a hex tarp, the corners of the net stick out. Should it rain, it would certainly collect water. The floor could certainly be smaller as I only need it for a place for my pack and to stand up out of my hammock.- Id like some tie outs to spread the net away from me as the net does touch my hammock when I lay diagonally.- The stuff sack to store it is a pain. If the net isn’t folded EXACTLY right, it’s hard to get it in there. Which outdoors, can be a difficult thing to do. A little extra space would make it much easier.I normally don’t write reviews. But after waking up with a spider sitting inside my net, no doubt from the holes in my seams, I felt I should. Definitely looking for something else.

Pros
  • Very nice piece of equipment. Very well constructed users several times.
Cons
  • Kind of hard to get set up. No instructions. Took us a while.
