When i tried this bonnet, my hair was so soft and smooth. The silk material really did wonders for my hair during my nighttime routine .It's also adjustable for braids and has an elastic band, so it definitely stays on during my sleep. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey but the beauty benefits are worth it..
