Review on ☕ Cuisinart EM-100NP1 Stainless Steel Espresso Maker: Stylish 1.66 Quart Machine, Silver by Patrick Alexander

The Express brand worked very well for about 33 days then the steamer stopped working completely and I contacted Revane who set me up in a three way call with a Cusinart agents helped. I was promised to return the label 3-5 days after the call so on the 7th day I contacted Cusinart and gave my ticket number and they had the wrong email address. So I waited another 7 days with no return label and contacted Cusinart again and they still used the wrong email address which was correctly repeated to me from the last phone call but I'm guessing it hasn't changed on their computers. So I waited another 7 days and there was no label so I went to the Cusinart investor page and contacted the CMO with my situation and 15 minutes later they called me and sent a return label. It's been almost two weeks and I hope the car gets fixed but no updates have been received. The machine does espresso well, but the steam function is below average in my opinion. I used to have a cheap express car, Mr. Coffee, circling around this rather expensive Cusinart.
