The bracelet is very stylish and comfortable. Regarding its therapeutic properties, I have not noticed any change in my elbow problem. Also, the measuring tool that comes with the bracelet is essentially useless. I couldn't remove the small pins from the strap and the calibration tool broke on the second try. I had to take the bracelet to a jeweler to have it measured. I wanted a stainless steel bracelet that can be worn while swimming and this one fits perfectly.
