I need in-ears, not headband headphones for sleeping because I need to block sound and also reproduce sound. The headphones used were too bulky and I woke up with sore ears. I tried the headbands and they were ok but didn't meet my needs, also they only lasted about 1 month before one side started to work intermittently. I bought them hoping for a perfect solution. I wear a CPAP mask and have headphones plugged into my phone which are also plugged into the charger. Yes, it's a mess. I've only used them a couple of nights so I don't know how long they will last, but here's my review so far: Pros: Blocks out sounds better than the headband guy. Fits the ear better than regular earbuds which means they are small and soft so they fit better. Better sound than expected. No joke. I am shocked. Cons: If I lie on my side for too long my ears WILL ache a bit in the morning, but not as bad as the Klipsch I used before. And indeed, it was expected, so I don't consider this cheating, but I want you to expect it.
