Noisy (for a mountain bike) but works

I don't really care. I don't have a road bike, I have a mountain bike, so I know my tires are "bumpy" unlike a road bike. I can explain that this would be the source of most of the noise, but it's SO loud even when I turn it on the lightest setting (to the point it rocks my house). The shifter cable is also a bit fiddly as it gets in the way of the pedals, requiring you to strategically position everything so it doesn't get in the way. It does the job, that's for sure, but minus 1 star just for the fact that it's compatible with both types of bikes (road and mountain) and explicitly advertises noise cancellation, but that doesn't apply to mountain biking. Maybe think twice or buy a smoother spare tire for your bike if you decide to get one and have a mountain bike or if you are happy with loud noises.
