I recently purchased the EORTA Set of 6 Stainless Steel Cheese Spreader Knives in various colors. While the knives themselves are sturdy and well-made, I found the colors to be a bit underwhelming. The blue and rainbow knives were vibrant and eye-catching, but the black, gold, rose gold, and silver knives looked dull and uninspiring. In terms of functionality, the knives worked well for spreading cheese, butter, cream, and jams on bread and other breakfast items. However, I found them to be a bit bulky for more delicate spreads like cream cheese or pâté. Additionally, the edges of the knives weren't as sharp as I would've liked, which made it difficult to cut certain foods. Overall, the EORTA Stainless Steel Cheese Spreader Knives are a decent purchase for anyone in need of a set of cheese spreaders. However, the lackluster color options and less than sharp edges make them an average addition to any kitchen.
