These things are AMAZING! I genuinely think the bad reviews on this and the "Klein Tools VDV226-110" crimping tool are coming from people who don't know how to make ends meet. I've made thousands of ends and this end and tool saves a lot of time. I just did 100 ends and every one of them turned out perfect, no repeats. You still need to pull, straighten, and arrange the wires before inserting them into the connector, but having them pass through the ferrule allows you to ensure the colors are still in the correct order before making the final crimp. I still can't stand twisting and straightening wires until your fingers feel like they're bleeding, but a great tool. Buy this tool and ignore people who don't know how to use it.
