The harness has a quick release buckle that is easy to adjust and then snaps on and off like a seat belt buckle

Fits and works well with built in retractable tinted screen. Belt buckle. Generally not bad for the money, a little convex or rounded. Not a flimsy or illegal helmet, it's DOT approved. Should offer reasonable protection unless you prefer 3/4 or full coverage.
