Review on Gentec 227C 150 Regulator Light Applications by Alex Montgomery

I ordered one for a CO2 bottle for tire inflation. It worked for a few months, then out of nowhere it started applying unregulated pressure in excess of 200psi (the gauge wouldn't read), broke the gauge and burst the hose. The hose shattered and the brass coupler dented my truck. It's an off-road vehicle, so I wasn't too upset about it, but it could have hit me. I thought it was an accident and ordered another one. On first use it immediately blocked the pressure gauge and then blew out a new hose rated at 300psi. This time he hit my friend on the toe and broke the nail. The point of this product is to deal with the air; it's not like this. Because of this, it is unsafe and should no longer be sold. Be sure!
