I'm glad I found this thing

Just what I needed for my carbon tank and off-road needs. I didn't want to spend money on expensive equipment. part fits exactly. it has no meter. but it works like a charm!

  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Available in black only

What you'll need: OFF-ROAD

I used this to make an off-road air supply to inflate tires when you need airing or just blow something to work on it. Very cool, I bought a CO2 tank cheap and this fitting is cheap, add an air line and fittings and you have a setup that is slightly more expensive elsewhere.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Ideal in the field

Fixed standard pressure regulator. There are no gauges to break, no control valves to knock out, or anything else. It simply reduces the pressure in the CO2 tank to a level suitable for pneumatic tools and inflators (around 120psi). The treat works and I have had no problems with freezing.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Drill pack

Perfectly complements the off-road CO2 system.

This regulator is absolutely perfect for a DIY off-road CO2 system. With 150 PSI, you can put a bead on a 40-inch tire and hit the trail with air tools. This is the exact same regulator that Poly Performance sells. Buy it from Poly Performance for $40 instead of $51 from Revain.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Expensive

Fixed 150psi Regulator Inch

I finally found the time to buy a 10 lb CO2 tank. I installed this and it works perfectly. No leaks. I recommend not using teflon tape as the welder says it will cause leaks. I can't remember if it came with an o-ring so I suggest you get one. I hope the seller sees this review and responds if an o-ring is included. I was lucky when I bought my CO2 cylinder it had a teflon o-ring.

DO NOT BUY!: Gas Regulator

. I've had one of these regulators for about 9 months, went into service yesterday and it failed and burst a 300psi hose. My ears are still ringing after 24 hours. It was like firing an M80 next to an ear. I can't stress enough how dangerous this is. It doesn't have a pressure relief valve. If you have one of these you should put a pressure relief valve in there, there's a plug in the side port, maybe you could put it in there. I want my money and hearing back. Very disappointed and nervous…

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model

NOT SURE DO NOT BUY: Welding Equipment and Accessories

I ordered one for a CO2 bottle for tire inflation. It worked for a few months, then out of nowhere it started applying unregulated pressure in excess of 200psi (the gauge wouldn't read), broke the gauge and burst the hose. The hose shattered and the brass coupler dented my truck. It's an off-road vehicle, so I wasn't too upset about it, but it could have hit me. I thought it was an accident and ordered another one. On first use it immediately blocked the pressure gauge and then blew out a new…

Great replacement for the power tank regulator.

I use it as a tire inflation regulator for my self-made "power tank", a simple 20lb CO2 canister from a welding shop and some fittings. It says "simple mode" and I'm sure it wears out quickly, but buck for buck with a fixed 150psi regulator that can operate air tools, inflate tires and (untested) probably reset the bead at least on my 32 inch tires. I can deflate my rig (265/75R16 where all four tires are connected with a Morrflate-style tube) in less than 5 minutes, including setup and…

Pros
  • Preset supply pressure: 150 PSI
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Pretty great product - here's my take on it

Note the dimensions of this product, it was larger than I expected but it didn't affect my project. Works great, lets high pressure CO2 drop (about 600-800psi) to a constant 150psi pressure I used both a 20oz paintball can and a 15psi CO2 can I used teflon tape and was able to secure with no leaks .DO NOT TIGHTEN STRONG.Remember threads that need to be hand tightened and then turned slightly with a wrench. In the latter case I used glue to fix the threads, not a drop of air came out of the…

Pros
  • Outlet fitting 1/4" NPT
Cons
  • Crumpled
