I replaced the vent clip with a suction cup from my old charger. I find the vent clips are too flimsy to keep the phone stable. It would be nice if they offered a suction cup charger as well. I like USB-C for power delivery, much better than Micro-USB for higher current charging. The cradle is very easy to use. Bring your phone to the stand and it will open automatically. Put it in the charging station and in a moment it closes and starts charging. It's a bit tricky to let go as you have to press the small flat button to the right of the stand behind the phone. On the left is a larger dummy button which I tried several times before realizing it was on the right! Charging your phone with a case can be a bit slow. I've seen my phone report slow charging, especially when using navigation. It can also slowly discharge while charging when the screen is on and GPS is active. However, it is much better than without charging and is really convenient to use.
