This is the second unit I have received with the same issue. The sound from the speakers is unacceptably quiet. The headphones can be heard when you turn the volume to maximum. Apparently these devices have a manufacturing problem. I didn't have to turn up the volume to hear it. I did a speaker test in the settings and it sounded pretty good (I found it a bit quieter). But the sound from the Internet is almost inaudible. The latter also has a problem with the USP port. The socket on the top right is not working. I used 3 different items on the left side of the [Port] and then moved those units to the right. The left worked fine. On the right, none of them would work or even be recognized.
