Review on Maxxair 00 04000K 12V Roof Vent by Gary Duncan

Updated 9-25-19. I wouldn't recommend buying Maxxfan at this point, they have issues with it and they know about it. The guy I spoke to there 2 times is called Dale, he is a real jerk! He will try to tell you that your RV is the cause of the problem and he will get very angry if you tell him this is not your RV because everything else is working fine and the fan I took out is fine had worked. I just wanted one with more speed. Wow, that was a nightmare! They had an engineer, call me and ask questions. But I heard nothing else. The manager told me they would not refund my money because I bought this fan from Revain and they don't sell Revain. I am not satisfied with this company! Hang on a fan that isn't working properly. I bought this fan on June 26th, 2019 and only got to have someone install it two days ago. It worked fine at first, turned it off to move the van, it didn't run on mains but on 12 volts. Disconnected from shore power, he waited. I tried again, then it worked again. Yesterday it worked, but today it did not turn on either from the 12V mains or from the shoreline. I turned off the shore power, waited a while, now it works. I'm so disappointed I paid someone to install this fan. Tomorrow I'm taking my grandson on vacation to Smokey's. We're gonna burn without that fan running. I can't return it because it's been 3 days 30 days ago. Now I have to pay someone to pull it out and put another one in.
