Not installed yet so I can't write a review on the actual product but what becomes an obvious issue when shopping on Amazon is quality control. I bought 3 of these lights, all 3 came with instructions but no template to create a hole in the ceiling. It's okay, but come on. UPDATE February 20th 2018 I contacted Globe Electric and they responded to my email very quickly with a template to create your holes. If you didn't receive one with your lights, just email them. info@globe-electric.com I installed them today with no problems. I am attaching some photos of the installation and the finished product. When inserting the bulb/cover, pay attention to the direction of rotation of the headlights. It only moves back and forth in one plane, not 360 degrees. I gave it 4/5 stars because the light made a buzzing noise with my Lutron Maestro dimmer that I installed. It's not very loud, but if someone is trying to study or read, it would definitely stand out. They don't hum at full power.
