Review on JAN JUL Waterproof Drawstring Kids' Outerwear by James Holker

Bought for my daughter to wear during our holiday in Edinburgh where rainy weather is expected at least intermittently. We were seated in the stadium during a brief rain (for the show). We found that the seams were not waterproof as advertised and the leggings she was wearing under these "rain pants" were wet at the inseams and the back of the pants. These pants might be ok if you're just going for a short walk, but not if you need longer coverage or need to sit outside in the rain. They are a bit big and I scaled them down.
