Does the job perfectly. It fits snugly in my Dell monitor making it VESA compliant. The ONLY downside (and this is a personal downside to my particular monitor setup, not a product fault so I didn't deduct any stars) is that it doesn't line up perfectly with the back of the monitor, and so on if you like horizontal monitors I use, he is slightly further than his companion. I will buy again without hesitation. Good price to fix an issue on my existing monitor and keep it!
