Incredibly embarrassed to post this but it comes after I filled my lashes with this glue. I'm training in eyelash extensions, making sure to be precise and keep a 1mm gap so I don't rule out how to do it. I think it's an allergic reaction and my eyelids get incredibly itchy and swollen when I wake up from this mess with my eyes closed. I've read that cyanoacrylates (quick drying adhesive) cause this when exposed to skin when I try my best (I mean) not to touch the skin. I've been rocking for 6 months now. This glue dries really fast, but I don't think my overnight swollen, itchy, crusted eyes are worth it. I've seen in other reviews that the eyes are itchy/watery and it's not good so now I know it's not just me and it's not just them. Now I have to wear false eyelashes until I get this sorted out and postpone my next eyelash extension workout because it's incredibly embarrassing. At least I'm my own client, I couldn't see myself making this difficult for anyone else. Here is the graph, it happened 3 times. The first time I thought I had seasonal allergies, which I never had. I am not prone to allergies. But everyone changes, so I lived through it. Within a week all the lashes fell off. The second time I thought it was an allergy again. I held back a terrible itch, eyelashes fell off in less than 2 weeks. I stayed up all night fighting the crusts in my eyes, reading all the negative reviews and empathizing with all these women going through the same thing. I wear contacts so I changed my contacts thinking it might be my contacts. The third was last night when I was filling up and waking up 8 hours later with caked eyes, ruled out it was NOT an allergy just this glue and my reaction to it. .I use LyonLash for eyelid cleansing, micellar water and a mixture my technician gave me when she started doing my lashes a year ago and gave me another bottle when I bought my workouts. She gives this mix to all her clients. I can't rule out anything other than glue. Sorry StacyLash, your product has stopped working for me. I know it stands for "not homemade", it's not homemade. One day I will get a license and a certificate, but I am very thankful that I did it for myself and not for a client. I will stop using before it costs me a trip to the hospital and my eyesight. Maybe the "sensitive" line is good for me, but I would like to compare the ingredients to rule out what is so "fine" about it.
