Review on Zencity by Patrick Matin

I like how easy this tool makes communicating between residents and City Hall. It's very user friendly! The only thing that I dislike is when you have too many people messaging each other at once. Sometimes there are so many messages going back and forth that it becomes hard to read through all of them. This was not an issue while using Facebook Messenger but now that we're switching to Zencity, sometimes it gets overwhelming trying to keep up with everything. Communicating more efficiently with my constituents has been easier since implementing Zencity.
